is a firearms manufacturer in search of an experienced gunsmith/pistol smith to help with firearm assembly and repair, new product design and design improvement.

General Manager Requirements:
Formal education as a gunsmith/Pistol smith preferred In lieu of formal education a MINIMUM of 5
years of relevant gunsmith experience specifically with pistols is required.
A motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
A solid understanding of manufacturing, with technical knowledge.
Design and functional experience specifically with small firearms.
Must work well with others and have a positive attitude.
Lean and or ISO experience/training is a plus.
We are looking for candidates that require little to no oversight, can think on their feet and troubleshoot problems if they arise.
At the same time will have the full support of management as needed.
Responsibilities will include design, manufacturing & process improvement, final assembly of pistols that could include machining, testing, polishing, sandblasting, cleaning and fitting.
Compensation:
A competitive hourly wage negotiable pending level of experience, full benefits package (medical, dental, 401k, holidays, vacation, bonus).
