is a contract manufacturing job shop in search of a CNC lathe operator.

Lead Requirements:
MINIMUM of 3 years CNC lathe setup and operation experience.
MUST be able to accurately and efficiently set up, operate, breakdown and maintain your equipment.
Operators MUST be able to interact with and utilize G code programs, mill turn experience is a plus.
Ability to identify proper speeds & feeds based upon feature and material.
We work with a wide range of materials, experience with exotics like MP35N, Inconel, Monel, Kovar is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
A solid understanding of manufacturing, with technical knowledge.
Confident blueprint reading skills.
Lean and or ISO experience/training is a plus.
We are looking for operators that have job shop experience, meaning a high mix low/mid volume production environment with lot sizes ranging anywhere from 1 to 100 pcs plus.
Looking for experienced operators that require little to no oversight, that can think on their feet and troubleshoot programs if problems arise.
