B&E Precision Aircraft Components is a major supplier of complex precision machined components and assemblies for the Aerospace industry. We are currently looking for an Inside Sales/Estimating Support Administrator for our Southwick, MA location.
The Inside Sales/Estimating Support Admin is responsible for supporting the Sales Department in all aspects of Sales by completing a preliminary quote breakdown, and identifying special processes and raw materials for quote sourcing. The Inside Sales/Estimating Support Admin will schedule all customer visits per ITAR regulations, and compile and manage Sales and QC metrics for Sales meetings.
The ideal Inside Sales/Estimating Support Admin candidate should possess at least 2-3 years experience in Inside Sales and Administrative Support and the following:
Minimum Qualifications Desired:
Strong interpersonal and excellent organizational and time management skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Proficient at working on multiple projects with a multitude of processes;
Excellent computer skills; must have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint;
Must be proficient at reading blueprints.
